CyviZen per our Constitution assists communities and their members own their own data. We call their community members DeniZen
Custodians of Technological Culture (CTC) are the representatives of these communities to CyviZen and are responsible for the cultural integration of CyviZen technology into their community.
CTC is a coveted position, and an approval process is completed before acceptance of a CTC by CyviZen. DeniZens select a CTC on sign-up, or should none relevant to them be available at the time, they may choose to be a Nomad until a suitable CTC is available.
