CyviZen Website

  • Cookies are only those necessary for site functionality
  • CyviZen does not add any identifying tracking, meta-data, re-targeting, side-channel or like technologies
    • Should technology in this vein or similar be encountered when accessing cyvizen.art or *.cyvizen.art we request you contact CyviZen so we may initiate appropriate action to remove such technology
  • Should it be necessary for performance, security, stability, W3C Standard or IETF Standard et al; CyviZen may add anonymised web analytics via an app like GoatCounter:
    • Confidential Computing would be used in such situation(s)
  • CyviZen on registration for a DeniZen requests a valid email address; and requests this email address is consistently used when using Merchant Facilities, Exchanges (Currency Related)
    • email address is linked for validation and access to DeniZen
    • verification of email address is not required for a DeniZen, to join a CTC or receive initial Envoy
    • Merchant Facilities, Exchanges (Currency Related) may request CyviZen verify the email used in their transaction, matches the email given to CyviZen as part of their KYC validation
  • CyviZen, publishes Community names for new DeniZen to locate their appropriate community.

EcoPocket

  • EcoPocket data originates from CyberSpace as realised by CyviZen technology
  • Data is processed on Confidential Computing Infrastructure
  • EcoPocket as accessible via CyviZen Website has no control over the Operating System or Browser used by you to access EcoPocket.
  • You are responsible for using appropriately secure and/or private operating systems, browsers, environments when accessing EcoPocket
    • for clarity, some browsers and operating systems (not CyviZen) believe data of any kind flowing through their interfaces, they have claim over, and may record, screenshot, store said data for sale, reporting or undisclosed purposes
    • for clarity, jacked browsers &/or Operating Systems (not CyviZen) may extradite sensitive data

CyviZen Operating System (Jubu &/or Co Series)

CyviZen is unable to access or build capability to access your data

CyviZen provides extensive documentation on what is implemented to maintain privacy and ensure you own your data via Design Documentation

CyviZen is requested by CTC and DeniZen et al to bundle non-essential, yet convenient or common sense Apps into CyviZen. These Apps are preferenced by CTC, DeniZen et al & may not be best in class, per CyviZen standard, they are best in overall community needs

CyviZen Ecosystem

CyviZen has no influence or control over data protection or privacy approaches taken by App Developers outside of CyviZen Ecosystem

NixPkgs (External)

  • NixPkgs is a community contributed collection of Apps & Pkgs:
    • contributors of Apps to NixPkgs may be unaffiliated with the App Developers or Entity with Intellectual Property claim over the App
    • for clarity; use of App via NixPkgs is per the App Developers Licensing & Data Collection Policy
  • Specialists & Professionals that use CyviZen may via a CyviZen maintained Git Open Source Repository uplifts Apps available on NixPkgs:
    • blacklist unsafe or potentially dangerous
    • augment App with Application Sandboxing via SydBox

ZenPkgs

  • Apps require CyviZen Operating System
  • CyviCo contract is required for Apps to use CyviZen technology and be available on ZenPkgs:
  • CyviZen has a zero tolerance approach to Apps collecting PII, metadata et al
    • Anonymised statistics are permitted
    • Exemptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis where:
      • Legal Entanglements require
      • App functionality requires and justifies
      • Artefact (dominion of man) unable to be exchanged
    • App metadata discloses exemptions

Merchant Facilities, Exchanges (Currency Related)

  • CyviZen may use Merchant Facilities, and/or exchanges that are legislatively required to collect Know Your Customer (KYC) and/or similar requirements as part of their provision of service beyond CyviZens control and/or influence. This information resides exclusively with the Merchant Facilities and/or exchanges, CyviZen does not collect these types of information.

Infrastructure

CyviZen has no control over W3C compliant infrastructure, Internet Services Providers or other technology outside of CyviZen Ecosystem; It is your responsibility to assess your situation and needs appropriately

CyberSecurity Breaches

While CyviZen has technology that ensures you own your data, DeniZen may choose to use Apps antipathetic or legacy to CyviZen technology. Such Apps might be more vulnerable to data breaches.
