Terms & Conditions

License

CyviZen holds exclusive right, and for clarity is the maker of creative work via cyvizen.art, *.cyvizen.art (the work) requiring by default compliance with No License as recognised internationally for all creative work:

• the work is under exclusive copyright by default
• nobody else can copy, distribute, or modify the work without being at risk of take-downs, shake-downs, or litigation

For clarity, in *.cyvizen.art '*' equates to wildcard representing all subdomains of any depth

CyviZen, may take any action it deems necessary to enforce No License with the cost of said action charged to those who did breach No License through any (in)direct action

Variations

CyviZen grants the following variations to the standard No License:

• DeniZens, Custodians of Technological Culture, Enthusiasts, Specialists, Professionals, Journalists, and entities in contractual relationship with CyviCo may quote content with Copyleft attribution without modification to the intent of expression of the source for the purpose of:
  • awareness,
  • promotion,
  • technological discussion, where such discussion does not reveal trade secrets or other forms of Intellectual Property registered or otherwise
  • Public Relations

Authority / Jurisdiction / Legislature

• CyviZen is a MultiNational Not-For-Profit established for mutual benefit in provision of (prototype) technology, data ownership, property registration and similar intent of enabling (prototype) technology to communities and their members as codified into CyviZen foundational paperwork:

  • for clarity CyviZen -> CTC -> DeniZen, reflects the relationship, CyviZen claims no direct members
  • at CyviZen discretion it may establish subsidiaries for purpose of supporting CTC or CyviCo as MultiNational extensions of the parent CyviZen. Such subsidiaries are duty bound to parent foundational paperwork

• CyviZen intends to comply with moral principles codified in Cyberspace, International Legislation and local legal frameworks;

Access

• Retrieval of the work by any technology from cyvizen.art and/or *.cyvizen.art per international standards is recognition of Privacy Policy and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
• Interference, interception, manipulation or the like i.e. (Man In The Middle Attack or the like) will be viewed by CyviZen as a hostile action towards CTC & DeniZen and might be viewed as a breach of international treaties such as International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, depending on the nature of said action may be viewed as an oppressive action against a community. Consequences of such actions are per respective treaty. Concerns relating to the work may be discussed at any time through contacting CyviZen
• CyviZen may, at its discretion blacklist, individuals, systems, bots, machine learning, artificial intelligence (or alternative), entities, IPv4/6 addresses, blocks or ranges. Such action is verifiable to CDN, and would be recognisable, distinguishable, and verifiable as not from external influence
• cyvizen.art is dually a website, and app rendering an ecopocket cyberspace sense
• all pages accessible without requiring a DeniZen via login or alternative controlled access comprise of the website
• ecopocket is not accessible without a DeniZen & logged acceptance of From Enthusiast To Enthusiast (FETE)
  • for clarity, any creative work encountered via ecopocket is provided via No License &
  • inclusive of weight of Cy used by Apps for settlement of their offering(s), each CTC may have variations in weight of Cy per App offering for settlement

Infrastructure

• CyviZen for provision of the work intends to comply with applicable W3C standards, should you believe CyviZen is in error per these standards you may contact CyviZen
• CyviZen makes every effort to ensure industry leading security through:
  • Confidential Computing
  • Content Distribution Network (CDN)
  • Software Bill Of Materials (SBOM)
  • Common Vulnerabilities & Exposures
• For clarity, Cyberspace as realised by CyviZen technology is the point of origin for ecopocket

Intent

• The intent of the Privacy Policy, and these Terms & Conditions, in accordance with foundational intent of CyviZen endures in perpetuity through any unintentional omission, miscommunication or other need for clarification

Revisions

• The latest version of CyviZen Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy is always available on www.cyvizen.art and will be updated at this location;
  • no additional notifications will be issued
  • Revisions require no additional action beyond that specified in existing Terms & Conditions for acceptance
